As per the field survey by AM-CD of Satgram Area Sri. Biswajit Sannigrahi, it has been found that, the village has a great potential in sports and Satgram area, it has Joba village is one of the most backward villages under Jamuria Municipality, besides it has severe portable water scarcity for daily usage. Further, job opportunities are also limited. The village has a great potential in sports and Satgram Area has also funded football kits to the girl’s football team. The village women are keen to take up training in handicraft and due to the proximity of NH-2, market potential will be huge for finished products.
