AM-CD Madhurima Mondal of Bankola Area, had an interactive session with the residents of Jhoal Bhanga Adivasi Para and Bouri Para. The main male population works as labourers in fields of other persons or as khalasi in busses, ECL employees are very less in this area. But some of the women have already taken training on Mushroom cultivation from Panchayet, but they are eager more to get some hands on training from which they can earn a little money and thus support the family. So they were keen to be a part of any training programme.
